This brick multi-family house was built in 1900 and rises two stories to a slate roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Harold Mille, et al, as the owners of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Thomas Higgins and John Rooney, a receiver for the Boston Elevated Railway, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.E. Higgins as the owner of this house.

The 1930 Census lists John Wagner, a 30-year old auto mechanic from Michigan, as the owner of this house. John lived with his 37-year old wife Lillian (born in New Jersey); 17-year old step-daughter Lillian, a stenographer for a department store; 15-year old step-daughter Eleanor; 14-year old step-son Richard; 11-year old step-daughter Marie; and 25-year old nephew-in-law Richard Kirby, a photographer. Part of this house was rented for $35 a month by Wilfred Greenwood, a 25-year old truck driver from Canada. Wilfred lived with his 25-year old Canadian wife Margaret and Gilbert Wyman, a 23-year old boarder from Canada who worked as a garage foreman. The building was valued at $6,000.
