The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.T. Ripley as the owner of this house.

The 1930 Census lists William Ripley, a 54-year old physician, as the owner of this house. William lived with his 37-year old wife Alice and their seven children: 15-year old William Jr, 13-year old Franklin, 12-year old Geraldine, 11-year old Robert, 6-year old Stella, 4-year old Virginia, and 2-year old Charles. The building was valued at $6,500.
