In 1930 this house was owned by Louis Sigiamund, a 47-year old newspaper printer from Pennsylvania. Louis lived with his 38-year old wife Ida and their 11-year old son Mark. Part of this house was rented for $55 a month by Rudolph Jensen, a 38-year old Boston policeman from New Jersey. Rudolph lived with his 35-year old wife Minnie (born in New York). The building was valued at $9,600.
