This brick multi-family house was built around 1930 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Bernard Davis as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built. In 1930 this house was owned by Louis Sigiamund, a 47-year old newspaper printer from Pennsylvania. Louis lived with his 38-year old wife Ida and their 11-year old son Mark. Part of this house was rented for $55 a month by Rudolph Jensen, a 38-year old Boston policeman from New Jersey. Rudolph lived with his 35-year old wife Minnie (born in New York). The building was valued at $9,600. |
