The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the heirs of Catherine Cochlan as the owners of this house. The 1930 Census lists Joanna DeLacy, a 78-year old widow from Ohio, as the owner of this house. Joanna lived alone in 17 Parsons. 19 Parsons was rented for $60 a month by William Clifford, a 66-year old carpenter from Canada. William lived with his 57-year old Canadian wife Emma. Another part of 19 Parsons was rented by Ernest Leramont, a 37-year old radio salesman from England. Ernest lived with his 35-year old wife Gertrude. The building was valued at $10,000. |
