25 Peaceable Street

This Colonial house was built in 1900 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. Through at least 1925 this house was addressed as 25 Parkland Street.

The 1925 City Directory lists Michael Kelley, a laborer; John Rafferty, a clerk; Timothy Rafferty, a motorman for the Boston Elevated Railway; and William Rafferty, a clerk, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows B. Rafferty as the owner of this house.
