This multi-family house was built in 1927 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. A renovation was performed in 1979.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Fred Thayer as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows S.G. Brightman et als as the owners of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Joseph Oliver, a 70-year old carpenter from Canada. Joseph lived in 35 Perthshire with his 63-year old Canadian wife Carrie; 35-year old son Charles, a teamster for an ice company; 30-year old daughter Marguerite, a registered nurse; and 1-year old granddaughter Marie. 33 Perthshire was rented for $50 a month by Cutler Oliver, a 37-year old carpenter from Canada. Cutler lived with his 40-year old Canadian wife Christine. The building was valued at $8,500.
