The 1925 City Directory lists Antonio Forti, a fruit dealer; James Hixon, a Boston police officer; Henry Simcock, an umbrella maker; and James Simcock, a helper, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A. Forti, et al, as the owners of this house.
